摘 要:口腔环境温暖潮湿,是一个复杂的电解质环境,该环境不仅适合各类微生物的生长繁殖,而且有利于促进微生物对口腔金属材料黏附,进而导致金属腐蚀现象的发生。口腔金属材料受到微生物释放的酸、碱物质的腐蚀,力学性能会显著下降,从而影响其使用寿命。此外,金属材料被腐蚀后可释放金属离子对口腔黏膜造成损害,引发牙周病及义齿性口炎等,影响身体健康。近年来,人们通过改变金属材料的表面粗糙度及在金属表面添加抗菌涂层的方式来减少细菌的附着,并取得了一定的成效。本文将对口腔常用的金属材料及细菌黏附作用的研究进行总结,阐述口腔修复用金属材料与细菌黏附作用的研究现状。The oral cavity is warm and moist,which is a complex electrolyte environment.This environment is not only suitable for the growth and propagation of various microorganisms,but also conducive to the adhesion of microorganisms to the surface of metal materials and causes metal corrosion.Oral metal materials always yield to by acids and bases released by microorganisms,thus reducing the mechanical properties of materials and shortening the service life of materials.In addition,corroded metal materials can produce metal ions causing damage to oral mucosa and leading to periodontal diseases and denture stomatitis.In recent years,people reduce the adhesion of bacteria by changing the surface roughness of metal materials and adding antibacterial coating on metal surface,and some results have been achieved.This paper will summarize the research on the adhesion between metal materials and bacteria commonly used in oral cavity,and briefly describe the research status of the adhesion between bacteria and metal materials used in oral restoration.
