全日制研究生卓越人才培养模式的探索与研究——以黑龙江八一农垦大学杂粮生产与加工特色学科为例

摘　　要：随着社会对食品行业需求的发展,研究生招生规模不断扩大,研究生培养管理方式相对滞后的问题日益突出,导致研究生培养整体质量下降,需要对现有的培养管理模式更进一步优化,以达到食品领域卓越人才培养的目标。以黑龙江八一农垦大学粮生产与加工特色学科为例,针对现阶段全日制研究生教育发展过程中存在的一些问题,从教学大纲修订、内涵发展、平台建设、师资队伍建设、社会需求对接、政策保障等方面进行全面提升和改造,对全日制研究生卓越人才培养模式改革进行探索与研究。With the development of social demand and the expands of postgraduate enlarging enrollment,the problem of relative lagging behind in the management of postgraduate training has become increasingly prominent,leading to a decline in the overall quality of postgraduate training.It is necessary to further optimize the teaching mode to achieve the goal of cultivating outstanding talents in the food industry.This paper took the specialty disciplines of grain production and processing of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example,and in response to some issues in the current development process of full-time graduate education,comprehensively improved and transform the teaching syllabus revision,connotation development,platform construction,faculty construction,social demand docking,policy guarantee,and other aspects.It explored and studied the reform of the outstanding talent cultivation mode for full-time graduate students.
