摘  要:文章以人类发展生态学视角审视当前0—3岁婴幼儿入托适应教育问题,并有针对性地提出改进对策:理解并重视婴幼儿的生态转衔,加强家园之间的双向沟通与合作,优化以社区为基础的婴幼儿托育服务网络,完善全社会托育人才培养体系,以期助力婴幼儿平稳度过入托适应期,增强他们的安全感和归属感。This paper examines the current issue of kindergarten adaptation education for infants and young children aged 03 from the ecological perspective of human development,and proposes targeted improvement measures:understanding and valuing the ecological transfer of infants and young children,strengthening two way communication and cooperation between family and kindergarten,optimizing community based infant and young child care service networks,and improving the talent training system for childcare in the whole society.The aim is to help infants and young children smoothly pass through the adaptation period,and enhance their sense of security and belonging.
