摘  要:提升双高院校教师科研素养是推动科技创新能力、培养高素质技术技能人才的内在要求,也是创新型国家和创新型区域发展的客观需要。高职院校学报作为高职院校科研管理机制中的重要组成部分,能够反映高职院校的教科研水平,促进对外学术交流,对高职院校教师科研素养的提升具有积极的作用。本文重点分析高职院校学报对教师科研素养培育的作用,分析如何更好地利用学报,提高高职教师科研素养,以期为推动双高院校教科研工作繁荣,向更高层次发展奠定基础。To improve the scientific research literacy of teachers in dual-university is not only the inherent requirement of promoting scientific and technological innovation ability and training high-quality technical talents,but also the objective need of the development of innovative countries and innovative regions.As an important part of the management mechanism of scientific research in higher vocational colleges,journals of higher vocational colleges can reflect the level of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges and promote foreign academic exchanges,it plays a positive role in improving the scientific research literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly analyzes the function of journals of higher vocational colleges on the cultivation of teachers’scientific research literacy,and analyzes how to make better use of journals to improve teachers'scientific research literacy,so as to promote the prosperity of teaching and scientific research work in double higher vocational colleges,to lay the foundation for a higher level of development.
