摘 要:为解决企业参与职业教育办学动力不足等问题,近年来我国陆续出台了一系列深化产教融合的政策文件,促进职业教育高质量发展,适应产业升级不断加快的需求。南阳医学高等专科学校眼视光技术专业积极与眼视光行业企业合作,共同建设校内外实训基地,深度推进产教融合,依托实训基地在眼科学基础教学中实施“助学”课堂革命,结合课程思政的融入进行课堂教学模式及场所革命,回归学生学习的主体地位,提升其岗位胜任力,解决视光行业人才供需错配问题。In order to solve the problem of insufficient motivation for enterprises to participate in vocational education,in recent years,our country has successively issued a series of policies and documents to deepen the integration of industry and education,promote the high-quality development of vocational education,and adapt to the needs of accelerating industrial upgrading.The optometry technology major of Nanyang Medical College actively cooperates with enterprises in the optometry industry to jointly build on-campus and off-campus practical training bases,deeply promote the integration of industry and education,and rely on the training bases to implement classroom revolution for“helping students”in the teaching of basic ophthalmology.Combined with the integration of ideological and political education,the classroom teaching model and venue revolution is carried out,in order to help students return to the main position of learning,improve their job competency,and solve the problem of mismatch between supply and demand of talents in the optometry industry.
