摘  要:针对安全工程专业传统静态教学模式中存在的问题(专业知识薄弱、实践能力弱、理论与实践脱钩),以OBE(outcome based education)理念为指导,融合PDCA(plan-do-check-act)理念,构建了基于OBE-PDCA理念的安全工程专业动态改进教学模式。该教学模式以学习成果为导向,开展线上与线下相结合的混合式教学方式,采取面向过程的课程考核方式,可达到教学持续循环改进的目的。教学实践表明:基于OBE-PDCA理念的安全工程专业动态改进教学模式充分发挥了互联网的优势,取得了良好的教学效果,得到了教师、企业管理团队、企业技术人员和学生的肯定,可为安全工程专业的课程教学改革提供理论支撑。Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional static teaching mode of safety engineering major(such as weak professional knowledge,weak practical skills,disconnection between theory and practice),guided by the OBE(Outcome based education)concept and integrating the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)concept,a dynamic improvement teaching mode of safety engineering major based on the OBE-PDCA concept was constructed.This teaching mode was guided by learning outcomes and adopted a blended learning approach that combines online and offline learning.It adopted a process oriented curriculum assessment approach,which could achieve the goal of continuous and cyclical improvement in teaching.Teaching practice has shown that the dynamic improvement teaching mode of safety engineering major based on the OBE-PDCA concept fully leveraged the advantages of the Internet and has achieved good teaching results.It has been recognized by teachers,enterprise management teams,enterprise technical personnel,and students,and can provide theoretical support for the curriculum teaching reform of safety engineering major.
