摘 要:目的:分析本科医学生在腹腔镜模拟训练中的学习体验和学习需求,为日后设置更具有针对性的课程提供调研数据。方法:选取五年制临床医学专业的203名本科生为研究对象,在腹腔镜模拟训练课结束后对学生的学习体验和学习需求进行问卷调查,通过独立样本的χ^(2)检验对调查结果进行分析。结果:训练难度体验调查显示,84.72%的学生觉得训练过程中三维纵深难以把握,女生觉得力度难以把握的比例显著高于男生(P<0.05)。模块训练体验调查显示,53.69%的学生觉得剪纸训练最难,男女生对4个模块训练的难度体验比例并无显著差异。结论:腹腔镜模拟训练作为本科医学教学中不可缺少的临床技能实践课程,应重视教学方式的性别差异化,不断优化教学流程和课程体系。Objective:To analyze the learning experiences and needs of undergraduate medical students in laparoscopic simulation training,providing research data for the future development of more targeted courses.Methods:A total of 203 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine with a five⁃year program were selected as the research subjects.After completing the laparoscopic simulation training course,a questionnaire survey was conducted on students'learning experiences and needs,and the survey results were analyzed using the independent samples chi⁃square test.Results:According to the difficulty experience survey,84.72%of students found it challenging to grasp the three⁃dimensional depth during the training,and female students felt significantly more difficulty in controlling the force than male students(P<0.05).The module training experience survey showed that 53.69%of students found scissor⁃cutting training to be the most challenging,and there was no significant difference in the difficulty experience ratio between male and female students in the four module trainings.Conclusion:As an indispensable clinical skills practical course in undergraduate medical education,laparoscopic simulation training should pay attention to the individualization of course content and teaching methods,continuously optimizing the teaching process and curriculum system.
