摘 要:目的:探讨护理实习生临床归属感与职业决策自我效能的相关性。方法:本研究选取了2021年9月至2022年11月在医院实习的护理实习生87名作为研究对象,采用临床归属感量表、职业决策自我效能量表对实习护生进行调查。结果:实习护生的职业决策自我效能得分为(66.10±21.63)分、临床归属感得分为(82.36±18.52)分,处于中等偏上水平。Pearson相关性分析显示,护理实习生临床归属感与职业决策自我效能呈现正相关。结论:临床护理管理者应该针对护理实习生的特点采取措施,提高护理实习生的临床归属感。Objective:To explore the correlation between the clinical sense of belonging and vocational decision self⁃efficacy among nursing interns.Methods:This study selected 87 nursing interns who underwent hospital internship from September 2021 to November 2022 as the research subjects.The Clinical Sense of Belonging Scale and Vocational Decision Self⁃Efficacy Scale were used to survey the internship nurses.Results:The vocational decision self⁃efficacy score of the nursing interns was(66.10±21.63)points,and the sense of clinical belonging score was(82.36±18.52)points,both at a moderately high level.Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between the clinical sense of belonging and vocational decision self⁃efficacy of nursing interns.Conclusion:Clinical nursing managers should take measures tailored to the characteristics of nursing interns to enhance their clinical sense of belonging.
