校友资源视角下的高校大学生资助工作探赜

摘　　要：维系校友与高校之间深深的情感纽带,构建一种基于校友资源的学生资助工作的新模式,不仅能解决部分学生的经济问题,增强校友归属感、提升学校声誉,增强学生的凝聚力和使命感,而且能提升高校的声誉和社会影响力。高校应构建校友助学金的资助体系,加强校友与学生的交流联系,发挥校友的价值引领作用,以体现校友资源对高校大学生资助工作的独特优势,提高大学生资助工作的质量,实现精准资助。Maintaining a deep emotional bond between alumni and universities,and constructing a new model of student funding based on alumni resources,can not only solve the economic problems of some students,enhance the sense of belonging of alumni,enhance the reputation of the school,enhance the cohesion and sense of mission of students,but also enhance the reputation and social influence of universities.Universities should establish a funding system for alumni scholarships,strengthen communication and connections between alumni and students,and leverage the value leading role of alumni to reflect the unique advantages of alumni resources in university student funding work,improve the quality of university student funding work,and achieve precise funding.
