摘　　要：现代服务业作为中国经济发展的重要组成部分,对复合型人才的需求日益凸显。高职院校是培养应用型人才的重要阵地,其现代服务业复合型人才培养模式亟须深入研究。通过对现代服务业复合型人才的培养要求进行分析,探讨当前高职院校培养现代服务业复合型人才面临的困境,提出相应的人才培养路径,包括科学制定人才培养目标、构建多元化课程体系、提升教师综合素养和教学能力、构建多维度教学评价体系等,以期为高职院校现代服务业复合型人才培养提供实践参考,推动高职院校人才培养模式与现代服务业的紧密结合。As an important component of China's economic development,the modern service industry has increasingly highlighted the demand for versatile talents.As an important battlefield for cultivating applied talents,vocational colleges urgently need to conduct in-depth research on their modern service industry composite talent training models.By analyzing the training requirements for modern service industry composite talents,this paper explores the difficulties faced by vocational colleges in cultivating modern service industry composite talents,and proposes corresponding talent training paths,including scientifically formulating talent training goals,constructing a diversified curriculum system,improving the comprehensive quality and teaching ability of teachers,and constructing a multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system,to provide practical reference for the cultivation of composite talents in modern service industry in vocational colleges,and to promote the close integration of talent cultivation models in vocational colleges with modern service industry.
