摘 要:在教育强国建设背景下,推进薄弱学校改进,建设乡村教育高质量体系是我国教育发展的时代要义。党和国家一直高度重视薄弱学校建设问题,并在不同时期针对性地提出不同的建设方案。这一建设过程有着清晰的理性逻辑,主要体现为战略逻辑从教育均衡发展转向乡村教育强国;目标逻辑从优化办学条件转向激发办学活力;实践逻辑从政府帮扶补偿转向协同式内生发展。未来应继续做好相关政策的宏观设计与统筹规划,通过实施西部薄弱学校“扶智工程”系列政策提升薄弱学校师资队伍教育教学能力、办学管理能力、团队专业发展能力,强化教师乡村教育情怀,进而推动西部乡村教育高质量体系的建立。In the context of constructing a strong education country,promoting the improvement of low-quality schools and building a high-quality rural education system is the essence of educational development.The Party and the country have consistently attached great importance to the issue of low-quality school construction and have proposed different construction plans at different times.This construction process enjoys a clear rational logic,mainly reflected in the strategic logic from the balanced development of education to building a country with rural education.The objective logic shifts from optimizing school conditions to inspiring teaching vitality.The practical logic shifts from government assistance and compensation to collaborative and self-sustaining development.In the future,it is important to continue the macro design and overall planning of relevant policies.Through the implementation of the“Project of Supporting Intellectuals”in western China,we will improve the teaching ability,school management ability and team professional development ability of the teachers in low-quality schools,and strengthen the teachers’affection towards rural education,and then promote the establishment of a high-quality system of rural education in western China.
