摘  要:“课程思政”改革是培养全方位高素质人才的必经之路。培养医学人才,“思政”“立德”尤为重要。中医内科学作为中医学的主干学科,是医学生跨入临床的启蒙课,对于塑造学生思想道德尤为重要。文章将医案医话作为载体,形成“1+1”多元化的教师团队,通过问题、故事及情景视频导入等多样化教学模式,分层教学。在传授知识的同时,潜移默化地塑造学生医德素养,培养综合性医学人才。The reform of curriculum ideology and politics is the only way to cultivate all-round high-quality talents.In the cultivation of medical talents,“ideology and politics”and“fostering virtue”are very important.“Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medi-cine”is the main discipline of traditional Chinese medicine,it is also an enlightenment course for medical students to enter the clinic,and the ideological and moral shaping is very important.This project used medical cases as a carrier to form a“1+1”diversified teach-ing team,and taught in layers through diversified teaching modes such as questions,stories,and situational video imports.While im-parting knowledge,the authors silently shape medical ethics,so as to cultivate comprehensive medical talents.
