摘　　要：中国式教师队伍现代化是中国式现代化的重要内容,是实现教育现代化的必要前提。高校青年教师队伍建设须立足于中国式现代化的基本特征、基本要求、基本任务,准确把握明道、立德、博学、仁爱的师德师风建设内涵,正视师德师风考核虚化、教学科研能力固化、职业道德认知淡化、思想政治素养弱化等现实问题。以中国式现代化引领高校青年教师师德师风建设新格局,加强理想信念教育,提升思想政治高度;重视入职道德培训,强化职业认知深度;关注教师实际诉求,确保师德建设温度;完善教育管理制度,增大师德考核力度,打造一支与中国式现代化相契合的高素质教师队伍。The modernization of Chinese-style teachers is an important part of Chinese path to modernization and a necessary prerequisite for the realization of educational modernization.The construction of young teachers in colleges and universities must be based on the basic characteristics,basic requirements and basic tasks of Chinese path to modernization,accurately grasp the connotation of the construction of teachers'reason,morality,erudition and benevolence,and face up to such practical problems as the deficiency of the assessment of teachers'morality,the solidification of teaching and scientific research ability,the weakening of professional ethics,and the weakening of ideological and political literacy.With the Chinese path to modernization,a new pattern of the construction of young teachers'morality and working style in colleges and universities should be led;the education of ideals and beliefs should be strengthened;and the ideological and political height should be improved.It is suggested to emphasize onboarding ethics training and strengthen professional awareness depth;pay attention to the actual demands of teachers and ensure the warmth of teacher ethics construction.And it is important to improve the educational management system,increase the assessment of teachers'ethics,and create a high-quality teaching team that is compatible with Chinese path to modernization.
