新时代兵团高校音乐美育的实施路径探析

摘　　要：音乐是人类生存的基本需要,是兵团高校美育的主要内容和途径,具有重要而独特的美育价值。通过音乐所蕴含的人文情怀、情感体验、审美情趣及道德情操,提升学生的音乐核心素养、人文和审美素养,激发学生创新创造活力。基于此,文章简要论述音乐对新时代兵团高校美育的作用,分析新时代兵团高校音乐美育的现实困境,重点通过五育并举赋能未来,因材施教向美而行;传承兵团红色文化,探索德美融合新模式;聚焦教育数字化变革,建强美育教师队伍;构建综合评价方式,筑牢家校社协同美育四大部分阐述新时代兵团高校音乐美育的实施路径,以期为兵团高校美育发展提供新的思路与方法。Music is the basic need of human survival,the main content and way of aesthetic education in colleges and universities of the XPCC,and has important and unique aesthetic education value.Through the humanistic feelings,emotional experience,aesthetic taste and moral sentiment contained in music,the core literacy,humanistic and aesthetic literacy of students will be improved,and the vitality of innovation and creativity will be stimulated.Based on this,this paper briefly discusses the role of music in the aesthetic education of colleges and universities of the Corps in the new era,analyzes the practical dilemma of music aesthetic education in colleges and universities of the Corps in the new era,and focuses on empowering the future through the simultaneous development of five educations.inherit the red culture of the XPCC and explore a new model of the moral-aesthetic integration;Focus on the digital transformation of education and build a strong team of aesthetic education teachers;Construct a comprehensive evaluation method,build a solid family-school-community collaborative aesthetic education,and elaborate the implementation path of music and aesthetic education in colleges and universities in the new era,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the development of aesthetic education in colleges and universities in the Corps.
