摘 要:针对新工科建设和工程教育专业认证对机电类专业建设和人才培养提出的新要求,结合机电类专业特色及目前存在的人才培养特点不鲜明、无法满足现代工程技术型人才培养要求等问题,在分析工程教育专业认证与新工科建设辩证关系的基础上,从调整专业结构、转变教育理念、搭建实践教学平台、构建“双师型”教师队伍、构建全方位多视角的人才质量评价体系等方面提出了改革建议,以期在机电类专业实现新工科建设与工程教育专业认证的有机统一。In view of the new requirements put forward by the new engineering construction and engineering education professional certification for the construction and personnel training of mechanical and electrical specialty,coupled with the distinctive characteristics of these disciplines and existing issues such as ambiguous talent training attributes and failure to meet contemporary demands for engineering expertise,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the dialectical relationship between the engineering education professional certification and new engineering construction.Based on this analysis,reform suggestions are proposed encompassing adjustments in professional structure,shifts in educational paradigms,establishment of practical teaching platforms,formation of"double teacher"teams,as well as creation of an inclusive and multi-perspective system for evaluating talent quality.The ultimate objective is to achieve seamless integration between the new engineering construction initiatives and professional certification within mechanical and electrical specialty.
