摘 要:目的:探讨眼科护士岗位胜任力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用随机抽样法对2022年1月河南省人民医院221名眼科护士进行调查。采用护士胜任力量表(NCS)调查眼科护士岗位胜任力现状,并参考相关资料,自制问卷调查表,采集基线资料。比较不同基线资料护士NCS评分,另采用多元线性回归分析眼科护士岗位胜任力的影响因素。结果:眼科护士NCS评分总分(82.00±10.00)分,其中,帮助角色(81.84±10.58)分,教育指导(80.82±10.50)分,诊断职能(81.65±11.29)分,管理职能(80.57±12.54)分,治疗干预(79.60±12.23)分,确保质量(82.61±10.52)分,工作角色(83.79±8.72)分。不同年龄、第一学历、职位、职称、工作年限、月薪护士的NCS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=18.496、18.942,P<0.05;F=366.392、417.321、216.347,P<0.05)。年龄、第一学历、职称、工作年限、月薪是影响眼科护士岗位胜任力的相关要素。结论:眼科护士总体岗位胜任力较好,年龄、第一学历、职称、工作年限、月薪是影响其岗位胜任力的相关因素。Objective:To explore the current status of ophthalmic nurse job competency and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A random sampling method was used to survey 221 ophthalmic nurses in the sample hospital in January 2022.The Nurse Competency Scale(NCS)was used to investigate the current status of ophthalmic nurses’job competency,and a self-administered questionnaire was used to collect baseline information with reference to relevant sources.NCS scores of nurses with different baseline information were compared,and another multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the job competence of ophthalmic nurses.Results:Ophthalmic nurses had a total NCS score(82.00±10.00)points.Of these,helping role was(81.84±10.58)points,educational guidance was(80.82±10.50)points,diagnostic function was(81.65±11.29)points,managerial function was(80.57±12.54)points,therapeutic interventions was(79.60±12.23)points,quality assurance was(82.61±10.52)points,and work role was(83.79±8.72)points.There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of NCS scores among nurses of different age,first degree,position,title,years of experience,and monthly salary(t=18.496,18.942,P<0.05;F=366.392,417.321,216.347,P<0.05).Age,first degree,title,years of experience,and monthly salary are the relevant elements affecting the competency of ophthalmic nurses’positions.Conclusion:The overall job competency of ophthalmic nurses is good.Age,first degree,title,years of service,and monthly salary are the relevant factors affecting their job competency.
