摘 要:电梯制动器制停时间的预测需要大量的实时传感器数据,由于受到噪声和不准确度等因素的影响,存在数据稀疏性和不完整性的问题,导致预测精度与效率较低。为此,提出电容式加速度传感器下的电梯制动器制停时间预测研究。采用电容式加速度传感器实时采集电梯制动器制停过程中的加速度数据;对采集的数据进行二阶正反馈带通滤波处理,消除可能存在的噪声或不必要的频率成分;利用傅立叶分析技术对加速度数据进行误差补偿处理,以减少由于传感器本身或其他因素引起的误差对制停时间预测的影响;基于已经滤波和误差补偿过的加速度数据,结合牛顿第二定律可以估算出电梯制动器的制停时间。经实验证明,设计方法预测平均百分比误差小于1%,预测耗时短于1ms,可以实现对电梯制动器制停时间高精度快速预测。Because the prediction of elevator brake stop time requires a large amount of real-time sensor data,affected by noise and other factors,there are problems of data sparsity and incompleteness,resulting in low prediction accuracy and efficiency.To predict the stop time of elevator brake under capacitive acceleration sensor.The capacitive acceleration sensor is used to collect the acceleration data during the elevator brake system in real time.The collected data were processed by second-order positive feedback bandpass filtering to eliminate possible noise or unnecessary frequency components.Fourier analysis is used to compensate the acceleration data to reduce the influence of the sensor itself or other factors.Based on the acceleration data already filtered and error compensated,the stop time of the elevator brake can be estimated by combining Newton's second law.It is proved that the average prediction percentage error of the design method is less than 1%,and the prediction time is less than 1ms,which can realize the high accuracy and rapid prediction of the elevator brake braking time.
