摘 要:自动跨运车(Automated Straddle Carrier)是一种自动化集装箱码头水平作业设备,可独立在岸桥与堆场之间拾放集装箱。将自动化码头跨运车的作业调度问题转化为同时取货送货的车辆路径问题,以最小化完成时间为目标,建立基于滚动计划的跨运车作业分配的混合整数规划模型,结合改进挥发系数的蚁群算法,优化跨运车的作业序列。通过实验分析,得出码头运作时需配置的跨运车的数量和最优的计划期长度。Automated straddle carrier is a kind of automatic horizontal operation equipment for container terminals,which can pick and place containers independently between quayside bridge and storage yard.In this paper,the job scheduling problem of automatic terminal straddle carriers was transformed into the vehicle routing problem of simultaneous pick-up and delivery.With the goal of minimizing the completion time,a mixed integer programming model for the assignment of straddle carriers based on rolling plan was established.Combined with ant colony algorithm with improved volatilization coefficient,the job sequence of straddle carriers was optimized.Through experimental analysis,the number of straddle carriers and the optimal planning period length were obtained.
