摘  要:学生评教作为高校课程教学质量管理普遍运用的手段,在指导教师教学方面本应具有一定的导向作用,但实践中并未显现应有效果,且对其有效性也存在较多争论。评价的有效性必须以科学的评价指标体系为基础,学生评教“评”什么?构建评教指标体系需要遵循的原则是什么?从利益相关者对评教制度的需求出发,提出评教指标体系应包括教师教学行为、学生学习行为及学习效果三个维度;并从理论和实证两方面对学生作为评教主体能够“评”什么,以及对具体教学事项评价的信度效度进行分析和验证;最终提出重构学生评教指标体系应遵循利益相关者需要、学生主体性、价值判断标准科学化,以及“评”“研”相结合的原则。“Students'evaluation of teaching”is a commonly used essential means in the quality management of curriculum teaching in colleges and universities,it plays a significant role in guiding teachers'instruction.Nevertheless,in practice,it has not shown its due effect,and there are many debates on its effectiveness.The effectiveness of the evaluation must be based on the scientific evaluation index system.What is the“evaluation”of students'evaluation of teaching?What are the principles to be followed in constructing the evaluation index system?Based on the analysis of the needs of stakeholders in the student evaluation system and the specific matters of the evaluation system,this paper puts forward three dimensions for building the evaluation index system,including teachers'teaching behavior,students'learning behavior,and teaching effect.This paper explores and verifies what students can“evaluate”as the main body of teaching evaluation from both theoretical and empirical aspects,as well as the reliability and validity of the evaluation of specific teaching items;finally,it proposes that perfecting the indicator system of student evaluation should follow the principles about the needs of stakeholders,the subjectivity of students,the scientific standard of value judgment,and the integration of“evaluation”and“research”.
