湖北某师范院校大学生健康素养现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查湖北某师范院校在校本科生健康素养水平,分析其影响因素,为提升师范院校大学生健康素养提供参考依据.方法:采用整体抽样法对湖北某师范院校782名在校本科生进行健康素养问卷调查.结果:该师范院校在校本科大学生健康素养平均得分为(52.70±11.45),健康素养总水平为42.13%;3个方面素养:具有健康生活方式与行为素养的学生比例为54.51%,具有健康基本知识和理念的学生比例为46.84%;具有健康技能素养学生比例为30.96%;6类健康问题素养中安全与急救(74.97%)、科学健康观(65.55%)水平较高,慢性病防治(31.49%)、基本医疗素养(30.15%)水平较低,健康信息(54.78%)、传染病防治(53.57%)水平一般.性别、年级、是否体育专业、有无慢性病、生源地不同的大学生健康素养总水平不同.结论:该校本科生健康素养水平偏低,健康素养水平不均衡,应重点关注男生、高年级、有慢性疾病、乡村生源和体育专业学生的健康素养水平.To investigate and analyze the health literacy of undergraduate students in a normal university in Hubei Province,and to provide reference for improving the health literacy of normal university students,a questionnaire survey on health literacy was conducted among 782 undergraduate students in a normal university in Hubei Province.The average score of health literacy of undergraduate students in this normal university was(52.70±11.45),and the health literacy was 42.13%.Three aspects of literacy:healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy was 54.51%,health basic knowledge and concept,health skills literacy was 46.84%,30.96% respectively;among the six types of health literacy,safety and first aid(74.97%)and scientific health concept(65.55%)were higher,chronic disease prevention(31.49%)and basic medical literacy(30.15%)were lower,health information(54.78%)and infectious disease prevention(53.57%)were general.The health literacy of undergraduate students in a normal university in Hubei Province is low and the health literacy is uneven.Attention should be paid to the health literacy of boys,seniors,students with chronic diseases,rural students and students majoring in physical education.
