摘　　要：知识与能力一体化是在OBE理念下对于高校人才培养的要求,而大学英语作为通识教育的基础课程也需要立足于推动学生的英语知识与应用能力的发展来开展.基于OBE理念,总结本科院校大学英语课程模式中出现的主要问题,并且探讨OBE理念对英语课程模式构建中的优势,并结合内蒙古鸿德文理学院外语系在人才培养目标构建、课程体系设置、学习成果评估等方面基于OBE理念的英语专业教学改革,研究如何通过OBE理念构建大学英语课程模式,致力于提升应用型英语专业人才的培养质量,突出本科院校的办学特色和人才培养目标.The integration of knowledge and ability is the requirement for the training of new engineering talents under the OBE concept.As a basic course of liberal education,College English should also be based on promoting the development of students'English knowledge and application ability.The article,based on the OBE concept,identifies the main problems of traditional college English curriculum models in undergraduate colleges,explores the significant advantages of the OBE concept in the construction of English curriculum models,and combines the teaching reform of English majors based on the OBE concept in the construction of talent cultivation goals,curriculum system design,and student learning achievement evaluation of Department of Foreign Language,Honder College of Arts and Sciences,to study how to construct a college English curriculum model based on OBE concept,to improve the training quality of applied English professionals,highlight the characteristics of universities and talent cultivation goals.
