摘 要:目的通过分析儿科学专业"5+3"单循环器官系统整合课程《神经系统与疾病》的教学效果,引导整合课程教学实践,促进儿科教育教学改革。方法选取上海交通大学医学院56名2019级儿科学专业"5+3"学生为研究对象,采用单循环器官系统整合课程教学。以《神经系统与疾病》课程为例,通过测评成绩及调查问卷,从课程基本情况、课程成绩、学生满意度、专家督导情况等方面进行儿科学专业单循环器官系统课程教学效果研究。采用SPSS 22.0进行描述性统计分析。结果《神经系统与疾病》课程整合了11个相关学科内容,课程成绩为(74.60±7.52)分;学生对课程内容、教学模式、教学资源、教学效果和课程总体满意度得分分别为(4.71±0.54)、(4.35±0.81)、(4.50±0.69)、(4.50±0.72)、(4.30±0.66);专家督导在教学内容和教学方法得分分别为(26.38±2.06)、(26.52±2.03),得分率有待提高。结论单循环器官系统整合课程建设为儿科学专业课程改革提供了思路,但是需要完善体制机制建设,探索师资协同发展,加强深度融合和学生引导,进而提升儿科学专业整合课程教学效果,推动儿科医学人才的培养。Objective To investigate the teaching effect of the single-circulation organ system integration course Nervous System and Disease for pediatrics 5+3 program,to guide the teaching practice of the integration course,and to promote the education and teaching reform of pediatrics.Methods A total of 56 students of the class of 2019 in the pediatrics 5+3 program of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were selected as subjects,and the single-circulation organ system integration course was used for teaching.With the course of Nervous System and Disease as an example,evaluation results and questionnaires were used to assess the teaching effect of the single-circulation organ system course for pediatrics from the aspects of general information,course scores,student satisfaction,and expert supervision.SPSS 22.0 was used to perform descriptive statistics and analyses.Results The course of Neurological System and Diseases integrated the contents of 11 related disciplines,with a mean score of(74.60±7.52)points.The scores of the students for course content,teaching mode,teaching resources,teaching effect,and the degree of overall satisfaction with the course were(4.71±0.54),(4.35±0.81),(4.50±0.69),(4.50±0.72),and(4.30±0.66),respectively.The score of expert supervision was(26.38±2.06)for teaching content and(26.52±2.03)for teaching methods,which still needed to be improved.Conclusions The construction of the single-circulation organ system integration course provides new ideas for the curriculum reform of pediatrics;however,it is necessary to improve the construction of system and mechanism,explore the coordinated development of teachers,and strengthen deep integration and student guidance,thereby improving the teaching effect of the integrated course of pediatrics and promoting the training of medical talents in pediatrics.
