摘　　要：音乐教育专业大学生合唱团是实施学校美育教育的重要载体,是综合育人的重要阵地,是实现专业教育和思想政治教育相融合的重要途径,也是一校一品校园文化建设的重要举措。绵阳师范学院“梦之声”合唱团自2005年成立以来,一直是学校综合育人的重要平台。合唱团在建设过程中,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,以合唱教学、作品排练、演出和比赛贯穿始终,深度融入中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化等精神内涵,以提升学生综合素养为目标,以培养学生合唱排练与指挥能力为重点,通过“有效性”育人机制的构建,“多样化”育人路径的探索,实现了美育教育和思想政治教育的同向同行,促进了人文精神与专业素养的协调发展,兼顾了专业能力与社会服务意识的同步提升。The choir of music education major college students is an important carrier for implementing aes-thetic education in schools,an important position for integrated education,an important way to integrate profes-sional education with ideological and political education,and an important measure for campus culture construc-tion of"One Campus with One Brand".Since its establishment in 2005,the"Dream Voices"Choir of Mianyang Teachers'College has been an important platform for integrated education in the college.In the running process of the choir,it is guided by the"Core Socialist Values",with chorus teaching,rehearsal,performance,and competi-tion throughout,deeply integrating the spiritual connotations of Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture,and socialist advanced culture.With the goal of improving students'comprehensive literacy and focusing on cultivating students'choir rehearsal and conducting skills,it has achieved the same direction and synchroniza-tion of aesthetic education and ideological education through the construction of an"effective"education mecha-nism and the exploration of a"diverse"education path.It has promoted the coordinated development of humanistic spirit and professional literacy,balancing the simultaneous improvement of professional ability and service to soci-ety awareness.
