摘　　要：在当前经济全球化背景下,现代社会的快速发展有赖于从事各行业的高素质人才,同时对人才所具备的英语口语和表达能力也提出了更高的要求。文化多元背景促使信息交流日益密切和频繁,推广国家特色文化成为未来的主要方向。在开展英语教学工作的过程中,应注重引导学生明确自己与本科院校学生英语水平存在的差距,注重满足社会日益发展的需求,提高参与课堂和参与训练的积极性,由此能够更好地培养学生的自主学习能力。Under the background of current economic globalization,the rapid development of modern society depends on high-quality talents engaged in various industries,which also puts forward higher requirements for talents’ability of speaking and expressing English.Multi-cultural background also promotes the increasingly close and frequent information exchange,and the promotion of national characteristic culture has become the main direction in the future.In the process of English teaching,we should pay attention to guiding students to make clear the gap between their English level and that of undergraduate students,pay attention to meeting the growing needs of society,and improve their enthusiasm for participating in classroom and training,so as to better cultivate students’autonomous learning ability.
