摘  要:关于独立董事选聘的相关研究大多是基于企业视角的单向选择,为解决独立董事与企业的双边匹配问题,提出一种人才招聘平台下的独立董事与企业双边匹配决策方法。首先分别基于独立董事与企业的匹配需求,设计双方相互评价的指标体系;其次将双方的评价信息转化为满意度,构建以最大化主体满意度为目标的多目标优化模型;然后运用线性加权法将其转化为单目标模型进行求解;最后通过算例验证该方法的有效性。Most of the related researches on the selection and recruitment of independent directors are based on the one-way choice from the perspective of enterprises;in order to solve the bilateral matching problem between independent directors and enterprises,this paper proposes a two-sided matching decision-making method between independent directors and enterprises under the talent recruitment platform.Firstly,based on the matching needs of independent directors and enterprises respectively,we design the index system of mutual evaluation between the two sides;secondly,we convert the evaluation information of the two sides into satisfaction and construct a multi-objective optimization model with the goal of maximizing the subject's satisfaction;then we use the linear weighting method to transform it into a single-objective model for solving the problem;and finally,we validate the validity of the method through the arithmetic example.
