摘 要:OBE理念是以人才培养产出为教育目标的一种教育理念,最早出现在欧美国家。普通高校也曾在专业认证中对人才培养产出原则予以了肯定,并认为人才培养的前提应该是满足社会发展的需求,按照社会发展的实际需求来进行人才培养,才能为国家、为社会培养出高素质、高能力的优秀人才。因此,该研究基于OBE理念教育理念,以培养具有较高职业素养的创新型体育专业应用人才为目标,结合了一些用人单位的招聘考核标准,就目前我国高校体育专业课程考核方式的改革展开了一系列讨论。The OBE concept is an educational concept which takes the output of talent training as the educational goal,and it first appeared in European and American countries.Ordinary colleges and universities have also affirmed the output principle of talent training in professional certification,and believed that the premise of talent training should meet the needs of social development,and that only by training talents in accordance with the actual needs of social development can they cultivate high-quality and high-ability excellent talents for the country and society.Therefore,based on the OBE concept,with cultivating innovative sports professional applied talents with high professional quality as the goal,combined with some recruitment assessment standards of employers,this study has launched a series of discussions on the reform of the current assessment method of professional physical education courses in colleges and universities in China.
