摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱法检测白酒中丁烯醛的含量的方法,此方法的特征在于利用酸化的2,4-二硝基苯肼作为衍生剂,采用Agilent Polaris C18-A色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离,以水和乙腈作为流动相A和B,采用梯度洗脱,洗脱程序如表1,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为360 nm,丁烯醛在浓度范围为0.594 mg/L~29.7 mg/L具有良好的线性关系(R^(2)=99.991%),选取2 mg/L、5 mg/L、10 mg/L三个加标量,测试了三个样品,平均加标回收率为92.4%,精密度测试两个样品的相对标准偏差分别为0.90%和2.77%,该方法简单、快速,具有良好的灵敏度、精密度和回收率,适用于白酒中丁烯醛的检测。A High-performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the content of butenal in Baijiu.This method is characterized in that acidified 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine is used as a derivative,and Agilent Polaris C18-A column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)Separation,using water and acetonitrile as mobile phases A and B,gradient elution was used.The elution procedure is shown in Table 1,with a flow rate of 1ml/min,column temperature of 35℃,detection wavelength of 360 nm.Butenal showed a good linear relationship(R^(2)=99.991%)in the concentration range of 0.594 mg/L~29.7 mg/L.Three spiked amounts of 2 mg/L,5 mg/L,and 10 mg/L were selected and tested,with an average spiked recovery rate of 92.4%,The relative standard deviations for precision testing of the two samples were 0.90%and 2.77%,respectively.
