摘  要:当前我国各地产教系统融合不深入、实践效果不理想、绩效低下等情况广泛存在。人才培养与产业发展需求相脱节,产教目标难以深度契合,资源有效共享难以实现等深层次问题依然突出。运用博弈论、新制度经济学理论等分析框架可以发现,由于有限理性、信息不对称、机会主义、合作结果不确定、法律制度支撑不足等造成了产教融合的运行困境。为更好突破以上困境,需建立“理性”调适机制,利用大数据技术进行决策,构建信息联通共享机制,完善治理结构与契约治理,明确产教融合结果预期,完善制度供给,强化制度执行。At present,there are widespread problems in the industry-education integration systems in China,such as inadequate integration,poor practice effect,and low performance.The disconnection between talent cultivation and industrial development needs,the difficulty in in-depth goal fitting of industry and education,and the complication in achieving effective resource sharing are still deep-seated issues.With analytical frameworks such as game theory and new institutional economics,it can be found that the operation dilemmas of industry-education integration are caused by bounded rationality,information asymmetry,opportunism,uncertain cooperation results,insufficient law system support,and inefficient implementation.To better overcome the above dilemmas,it is necessary to establish a"rational"adjustment mechanism,use big data technology for decision-making,build an information connectivity and sharing mechanism,improve governance structure and contract governance,clarify the result expectation of industry-education integration,improve institutional supply,and strengthen institutional implementation.
