摘 要:目的:综合评价广州市某中心城区社区卫生服务中心工作人员工作满意度,为进一步提高工作满意度提供依据。方法:数据源自广州市某中心城区疾病预防控制中心发布的社区卫生服务中心工作人员工作满意度调查,纳入社区卫生服务中心1532名工作人员。采用因子分析法计算工作满意度的各级指标得分与权重,最终得出综合得分。结果:社区卫生服务中心工作人员的工作满意度综合得分为4.2482分。二级指标满意度得分从高到低依次为社会执业环境(4.3212分)、社区卫生服务中心内工作环境(4.2794分)、工作本身(4.2788分)、社区卫生服务中心组织管理(4.2669分)、工作回报(4.0932分);权重从高到低依次为社区卫生服务中心内工作环境(0.2046)、社区卫生服务中心组织管理(0.2036)、社会执业环境(0.2017)、工作回报(0.1989)、工作本身(0.1912)。结论:广州市某中心城区社区卫生服务中心工作人员工作满意度处于较高水平,其中工作回报、社区卫生服务中心组织管理满意度评分较低,社区卫生服务中心内工作环境和组织管理满意度权重较高,应通过提高薪资待遇、保障收入分配公平性、完善绩效制度、增强单位成本控制能力、重视工作环境等方面不断提升工作满意度。Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the job satisfaction of the staff of community health service centers in a central urban area of Guangzhou city,and to provide references for improving the job satisfaction in the future.Methods:Based on the data of job satisfaction of community health service center staff from the disease control and prevention center in a central urban area of Guangzhou city,the scores and weights of various indicators of job satisfaction were calculated by factor analysis,and finally the comprehensive scores were obtained.Results:The comprehensive score of job satisfaction of community health service center staff was 4.2482.The satisfaction scores of the secondary indicators from high to low were social practice environment(4.3212),working environment in community health service center(4.2794),work itself(4.2788),organization and management of community health service center(4.2669),and work return(4.0932).The weights from high to low were the working environment of community health service center(0.2046),organization and management of community health service center(0.2036),social practice environment(0.2017),work return(0.1989),and work itself(0.1912).Conclusion:The job satisfaction of the staff of community health service centers in a central urban area of Guangzhou city is at a high level,in which the work return and satisfaction of the organization and management of the community health service center are relatively low,and the weight of the working environment and satisfaction of the organization and management of the community health service center is relatively high.It is suggested to improve job satisfaction by increasing salary,ensuring fairness of income distribution,improving performance system,strengthening unit cost control ability and building working environment.
