新职教法背景下高职院校全生命周期治理创新路径探析

摘　　要：教育治理是国家治理现代化的基础支点。职业教育与经济社会发展紧密相连,职业教育治理需要学校内部治理、政府与社会外部治理紧密结合。新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》为职业教育治理体系和治理能力现代化赋予全生命周期价值意蕴,体现为系统性、层次性、开放性、动态性。高职院校全生命周期治理应以全域观、全员观、全程观、全效观、全息观、全时观为实践逻辑,以党建引领、共治为基、制治为本、数治为先、优治为径,完善高职院校全生命周期治理体系。Since educational governance is the basic sector of the national modernized governance,vocational education is closely correlated with economic and social development,and its governance requires the combination of internal and external governance of colleges,government and society.The revised vocational educational law adds whole life-cycle value to the vocational education governance which systemic,hierarchical,open and dynamic.The whole life-cycle governance of vocational colleges should be based on the logic with multi-domain,multiple stakeholders,whole process,full effectiveness,digitalization,and lifelong education.
