摘　　要：湖南长沙工商业的改革最早出现在清同治年间,主要体现在商业组织形式从自然经济向商品经济的过渡,由个体业主制、合伙制向公司制、股份制转型是其主要特征。The reform of industry and commerce in Changsha,Hunan Province,first appeared during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty.It is mainly reflected in the transition of commercial organization form from natural economy to commodity economy,with the transformation from sole proprietorship and partnership to corporate and joint-stock system as its main features.
