新文科背景下公共管理专业跨学科课程教学改革——以“管理沟通”课程为例

摘　　要：新文科强调融合性、突破性和创新性,这与跨学科课程的建设要求相吻合。在分析跨学科课程建设必要性的基础上,以“管理沟通”课程为例,分析跨学科课程教学的现状,发现当前跨学科课程教学中存在多学科知识之间的融合力度不足、教师团队建设不完善、激发学生主动“跨界”学习的教学模式探索缺乏等问题,进而提出以问题导向来构建跨学科课程内容、采用多学科融合的多模式授课形式、打造多样化的教师团队、建立多角色立体动态式评价体系等建议。The new liberal arts emphasize integration,breakthrough,and innovation,which is in line with the requirements of interdisciplinary course construction.Based on the analysis of the necessity of interdisciplinary course construction,this paper takes“Management Communication”course as an example to explore the status quo of the interdisciplinary course,find out the problems in the current interdisciplinary course teaching,such as insufficient integration of interdisciplinary knowledge,imperfect teacher team construction,and lack of exploration of teaching models that stimulate students to actively“cross boundary”.On this basis,the paper puts forward the teaching suggestions of constructing interdisciplinary course content based on problem,adopting multi-mode teaching with multi-disciplinary integration,building a diverse team of teachers and multi-role tridimensional dynamic evaluation system and so on.
