摘 要:逻辑能力指自觉或不自觉地运用逻辑理论和方法解决实际问题的能力。目前,基层公安民警的执法逻辑性普遍增强,侦查推理逻辑性逐步提高,但仍存在逻辑能力分布不均衡、对逻辑作用的认知和需求不强、逻辑能力不够过硬等不足,通过加强校局合作,开展逻辑能力专门培训,组织逻辑教师与基层民警共同研讨逻辑应用,开展公安机关多元逻辑应用实践活动提升基层民警的逻辑能力。公安院校逻辑课程教师需要改革逻辑教学从理论性向实用性转化,采取混合式多元教学法实施课堂活动,在课外活动中融入逻辑训练,对学生开展全链条思维成长指导等。Logical ability is the ability to solve practical problems consciously or unconsciously by applying logical theories and methods.At present,the law enforcement logic of grass-roots public security police is generally enhanced,and the logic of investigation and reasoning is gradually improved,but there are still deficiencies such as unbalanced distribution of logic ability,awareness and demand for the role of logic need to be improved,and insufficient logic ability.So,we can improve the logic ability of grass-roots police officers through strengthening the cooperation between the school and the bureau,carrying out the special training,organizing the logic teachers to discuss with grass-roots police officers,and practicing multiple logic application activities.The logic teachers in police colleges need to transform from theory to practicability,adopt the mixed multi-teaching method,integrate the logic training into the extracurricular activities,and carry out the whole chain of students thinking growth guidance,etc.
