摘 要:“植物生理学”是生物科学专业本科专业的基础课程,传统“植物生理学”实验由几个验证性实验构成,主要采用教师讲授与示范,学生再行操作并完成相应实验报告的授课模式,不能有效培养学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题等综合能力。针对上述问题,在“植物生理学”实验教学中实施翻转课堂+小组合作式学习教学改革,通过考核和问卷调查进行效果评价。结果表明,翻转课堂+小组合作式学习在“植物生理学”实验教学中有利于提高学生学习的兴趣和热情,有利于提升学生的综合能力,同时可促进学生协作精神和团队意识的培养,可为同类院校开展相应教学改革提供参考。Plant physiology is a basic course for undergraduate students majoring in biological science.The traditional plant physiology experiment consists of several confirmatory experiments,which are mainly taught and demonstrated by teachers,and then operated by students and completed corresponding experimental reports.This cannot effectively train students’comprehensive ability to discover,analyze and solve problems.In view of the above problems,this study implemented the reform of flipped classroom and group cooperative learning in plant physiology experiment teaching,and evaluated the effect through assessment and questionnaire survey.The results showed that flipped classroom group cooperative learning in plant physiology experiment teaching is conducive to improving students’interest and enthusiasm in learning and improving students’comprehensive ability.At the same time,it can promote the cultivation of students’cooperative spirit and team consciousness,and provide reference for similar colleges to carry out corresponding teaching reform.
