摘  要:食用油质量检测是关乎民生的重要问题,相关部门应借助可靠方法落实检测工作,避免存在问题的食用油进入市场。基于此,本文介绍了地沟油的危害与食用油质量检测的技术指标,分析了影响食用油质量的因素,阐述了食用油质量检测的常用方法,以及电导法在食用油质量检测中的应用,以供参考。The quality inspection of edible oil is an important issue related to people's livelihood.Relevant departments should use reliable methods to implement the inspection work and avoid problematic edible oil from entering the market.Based on this,this article introduces the hazards of gutter oil and the technical indicators of edible oil quality testing,analyzes the factors affecting the quality of edible oil,and elaborates on the common methods of edible oil quality testing and the application of conductivity method in edible oil quality testing,for reference.
