摘　　要：民以食为天,食以安为先。食品安全抽检,可以将不合格食品拒于市场大门之外,保障食品安全。因此,本文探讨了提高食品抽检问题发现率的路径,旨在为食品抽检工作提供参考。Food is the top priority for the people,and food safety is the top priority.Through food safety inspections,unqualified food can be excluded from the market,laying a solid foundation for ensuring food safety.Therefore,this article explores the path to improve the detection rate of food sampling problems,aiming to provide reference for food sampling work.
