摘 要:目的 探讨基于中华传统文化的思想政治教育(简称思政教育)在医学生临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年9月-2021年9月学校临床医学专业162名医学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组81名。研究组采用调查研究法、案例法、实践教学法结合的中华传统文化对医学生进行思政教育,对照组采用传统授课法对医学生进行思政教育。课程教学结束后,应用学校自行设计的医学生思政教育问卷、教学满意度问卷评价两组医学生的教学效果和教学满意度,应用医学生自主学习能力测评量表、思想政治素质量表评价两组医学生的自主学习能力和思想政治素质水平。结果 研究组思政教育内容、课程理解和记忆、教学效果得分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医学生自主学习能力测评量表各维度评分及总分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组大学生思想政治素质量表各维度评分及总分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组教学满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中华传统文化和现代教学模式的有机结合进一步丰富了思政教育的内涵,提高了医学生的自主学习能力、教学效果、思想政治素养和教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of ideological and political education based on Traditional Chinese culture in clinical teaching of medical students.Methods A total of 162 medical students majoring in clinical medicine from September 2019 to September 2021were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 81 students in each group.The research group adopted the traditional Chinese culture of investigation and research method,case method and practice teaching method to carry out ideological and political education for medical students,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method to carry out ideological and political education for medical students.After the course teaching,the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the medical students in the two groups were evaluated by using the self-designed ideological and political education questionnaire and teaching satisfaction questionnaire,and the independent learning ability and ideological and political quality of the two groups of medical students were evaluated by using the assessment scale of medical students autonomous learning ability and ideological and political quality scale.Results The score of ideological and political education content,curriculum understanding and memory,teaching effect in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores and total scores of all dimensions of the self-learning ability of medical students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.001).The score and total score of the ideological and political quality scale of college students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical
