摘  要:高速公路的特殊性和山岭隧道的典型性决定着隧道施工机械化配置方案必须科学合理。以渝湘高速武隆隧道机械配置方案为案例,分析其全套机械化配置的利弊,结合传统机械配置方案定性、定量决策方法优缺点,提出山岭隧道机械配置综合决策方法,并建立相应的评价模式、评价指标体系和评价方法。实际应用表明,所提出的山岭隧道机械配置综合决策方法能够实现定性和定量的有机结合,可以根据具体山岭隧道项目的特点,对综合决策指标进行优化调整,确保决策评价体系有效性和合理性,而且操作简单,对数学模型的应用能力要求不高,在一线工程项目中具有较高的适用性。The particularity of expressways and the typicality of mountain tunnels determine that the mechanized configuration plan for tunnel construction must be scientific and reasonable.Taking the mechanized configuration plan of Wulong Tunnel of Chongqing-Hunan expressway as a case,the advantages and disadvantages of its full set of mechanized configurations are analyzed.Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional qualitative and quantitative decision-making methods for mechanized configuration plan,a comprehensive decision-making method for mechanized configuration of mountain tunnels is proposed,and corresponding evaluation modes,evaluation indicator systems and evaluation methods are established.The practical application shows that the proposed comprehensive decision-making method for mechanized configuration of mountain tunnels can achieve an organic combination of quality and quantity,can optimize and adjust the comprehensive decision-making indicators based on the characteristics of specific mountain tunnel projects to ensure the effectiveness and reasonableness of the decision-making evaluation system,is easy to operate,has low requirements on application ability of mathematical models and has high applicability in the frontline engineering projects.
