以学生为主体探究高等职业教育形象提升策略

摘  要:形象是高等职业教育综合发展的外在显示,是高等职业教育自身发展水平以及社会对高等职业教育认可度的集中反映。我国高等职业教育形象面临一定的困境,如:教育发展不平衡、过度强调技术技能、竞争力较差、升学能力薄弱等。解决面临的困境要从学生主体进行探索,对学生进行问卷调研,通过定性分析和线性回归分析,探索影响高等职业教育的主要因素有:实习就业情况、校内环境、学风建设、学校规章制度、图书资料、知名度与美誉度。依据影响因素提出能够提升高等职业教育形象的可行性对策。The image is the external display of the comprehensive development of higher vocational education,and the concentrated reflection of the development level of higher vocational education itself and the social recognition of higher vocational education.The image of higher vocational education in China is faced with certain difficulties:the development of higher vocational education is unbalanced,the technical skills are overemphasized,the competitiveness is poor,and the ability to study is weak.To solve the dilemma,it is necessary to explore from the main body of students,conduct questionnaire survey on students,and explore the main factors affecting higher vocational education through qualitative and linear regression analysis:internship and employment situation,campus environment,study style construction,school rules and regulations,books and materials,popularity and reputation.According to the influencing factors,this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures to enhance the image of higher vocational education.
