摘 要:为探讨翻转课堂模式在“内科护理”教学中的应用效果,本研究将吐鲁番职业技术学院2019级高职护理专业2个班级学生分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用翻转课堂教学模式,比较两组学生的理论考试成绩与技能考核成绩以及职业认同感的差异。实验组学生的理论考试成绩和技能考核成绩均显著高于对照组,实验组的职业认同感在总得分及一致感、把握感、患者影响感、自我决定感、自我效力感、有意义感、组织影响感方面得分均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此看出,课程思政联合翻转课堂应用于内科护理教学中,能提高学生的理论考试和技能考核成绩,改善了其职业认同感,值得推广应用。To explore the application effect of flipped classroom mode in the teaching of internal medicine nursing,this study divided two classes of students in the 2019 vocational nursing major of Tulufan Vocational Technical College into a control group and an experimental group.The control group used traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group used flipped classroom teaching mode.The differences in theoretical exam scores,skill assessment scores,and professional identity between the two groups of students were compared.The theoretical exam scores and skill assessment scores of the experimental group students were significantly higher than those of the control group.The occupational identity scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group in terms of total score,sense of consistency,sense of grasp,patient influence,selfdetermination,self-efficacy,sense of meaning,and sense of organizational influence,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).From this,it can be seen that the application of the combination of ideological and political education and flipped classroom in internal medicine nursing teaching can improve students'theoretical and skill assessment scores,improve their professional identity,and is worth promoting and applying.
