摘　　要：详细介绍了国产板式换热器的结构特征和操作优势,并在制糖工艺的不同环节中对其应用进行了总结,同时,还讨论了换热器的拆卸和清洗保养要点。以红河制糖有限公司的实际应用为例,本文深入分析了板式换热器的工作机制和工艺流程。生产实践表明,国产板式换热器在亚法甘蔗糖厂的混汁加热、清汁加热以及蒸发浓缩等关键工艺中表现出良好的适应性和显著的节能效果。在2022/23年榨季中,红河制糖公司的日榨甘蔗能力最大提升了500多t,蒸汽与蔗比下降了2.5%以上,蔗渣打包率提高了1.2%以上。这些成果证实了国产板式换热器在制糖行业中的实用价值和效益,为同行企业提供了可借鉴的技术升级和能效提升路径。This study provides an extensive introduction to the structural characteristics and operational advantages of domestically produced plate heat exchangers,summarizes their applications in different stages of the sugar manufacturing process,and discusses the dismantling and cleaning maintenance procedures.Taking the actual usage of the Honghe Sugar Company as a case study,this paper delves into the working principle and process flow of the plate heat exchanger.Production practice has shown that the domestically produced plate heat exchangers are well-suited and demonstrate significant energy-saving benefits in key processes such as the heating of mixed juice,clear juice heating,and evaporation concentration in sugar factories using the submerged-column process for sugarcane.During the 2022/23 crushing season,the Honghe Sugar Company achieved a daily sugarcane crushing capacity increase of over 500 tons,a reduction in the steam-to-sugarcane ratio of more than 2.5%,and an increase in the bagging rate of sugarcane waste of 1.2%or more.These results confirm the practical value and benefits of domestically produced plate heat exchangers in the sugar industry,providing a reference for technological upgrades and energy efficiency improvements for similar enterprises.
