评道德相对主义的审美判断类比论证——基于康德美学的视角

摘　　要：审美判断类比论证是道德相对主义者为自身理论辩护的手段之一,他们以审美相对主义来类比道德相对主义以证明道德信念的相对性和非客观性。康德以其“审美判断力批判”建立了自己的美学体系,并对后世西方美学产生了深远影响。以康德美学中审美判断力的解释为依据,对道德相对主义的审美判断类比论证的合理性提出质疑。The analogy argument of aesthetic judgment is one of the means that moral relativists defend their own theories.They use aesthetic relativism to compare moral relativism to prove the relativity and non-objectivity of moral belief.Kant established his own aesthetic system with his"Critique of Aesthetic Judgment",which had a profound influence on the Western aesthetics of later generations.Based on the interpretation of aesthetic judgment in Kant's aesthetics,this paper questions the rationality of the analogy argument of moral relativism.
