摘 要:目的探讨基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的情景模拟工作坊在外科护生实习教学中的应用效果。方法对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用基于OBE理念的情景模拟工作坊教学模式。比较两组护生实习前后评判性思维能力、教学满意度、理论和操作考核成绩。结果实验组评判性思维能力、教学满意度、理论和操作考核成绩均高于对照组。结论基于OBE理念的情景模拟工作坊不仅能提高护生业务水平,还能提高护生评判性思维能力和教学满意度,教学效果显著优于传统教学模式,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation workshops based on the concept of Outcome Based Education(OBE)in surgical nursing internship teaching.Methods The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted a scenario simulation workshop teaching mode based on the OBE concept.Compare the critical thinking ability,teaching satisfaction,theoretical and operational assessment scores of two groups of nursing students before and after the internship.Results The experimental group had higher scores in critical thinking ability,teaching satisfaction,theoretical and operational assessments than the control group.Conclusion The scenario simulation workshop based on the OBE concept can not only improve the professional level of nursing students,but also enhance their critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.The teaching effect is significantly better than traditional teaching models and is worth promoting.
