论生命科技伦理教育与卫生法教育的互动融合

摘  要:科技的伦理治理与法律治理,本就是一体两面,两者在面对生命科技这类颠覆性技术时,存在规范属性和治理目标的重合——立足教育场景,生命科技伦理教育的内容铺垫了卫生法学教育,为法律专业青年学生拓展生物医药行业视野;卫生法学教育在责任、行为规范性意识培养上助力生命科技伦理教育,引导生物医药青年学生做到“知行合一”。就生命科技伦理教育与卫生法学教育互动融合的具体实践路径而言,可首先搭建医学类高等院校与法学类高等院校间的合作平台,然后促进生命伦理学与卫生法学学科间教学与科研的资源整合,以逐步形成完整的学科间互动融合教育创新模式。The ethical governance and legal governance of science and technology are two sides.In the face of disruptive technologies such as life science and technology,there are overlapping normative attributes and governance goals.Based on the educational scene,the content of ethics education of life science and technology foreshadows health law education and expands the vision of biomedicine industry for young students majoring in law.Health law education helps life science and technology ethics education in the cultivation of responsibility and normative behavior consciousness,and guides young biomedical students to achieve"unity of knowledge and action".As for the specific practice path of interactive integration of ethics education of life science and technology and health law education,it is necessary to first build a cooperation platform between medical colleges and law colleges,and then promote the integration of teaching and scientific research resources between bioethics and health law disciplines,so as to gradually form a complete innovation model of interactive integration education between disciplines.
