摘 要:3~6岁的幼儿正当生长发育的重要时期,每天需要从膳食中获取必要的营养物质,才能满足其身体发育需要。均衡的膳食营养是保障幼儿健康的核心因素之一,幼儿膳食长期营养不良会导致其缺乏某些必要营养和热量供应,不但影响幼儿的正常身体发育,还会引起许多幼儿疾病。合理的膳食营养是保证幼儿身体健康的基本前提,因此,需要科学地安排幼儿每日所需膳食营养的摄入。本文阐述现阶段我国幼儿膳食营养的重要性,分析现阶段我国幼儿膳食营养存在的问题,并提出改善我国幼儿膳食营养的应对策略。During the important period of legitimate growth and development for children aged 3~6,they need to obtain necessary nutrients from their diet every day to meet their physical development needs.Balanced dietary nutrition is one of the core factors in ensuring the health of young children.Long term malnutrition in young children’s diet can lead to a lack of necessary nutrients and calorie supply,which not only affects their normal physical development but also causes many diseases in young children.Reasonable dietary nutrition is a fundamental prerequisite for ensuring the physical health of young children,therefore,it is necessary to scientifically arrange the daily intake of dietary nutrients required by young children.This article elaborates on the importance of dietary nutrition for young children in China at present,analyzes the problems existing in the dietary nutrition of young children in China,and proposes strategies to improve the dietary nutrition of young children in China.
