摘　　要：食品安全关系产业发展、社会稳定,为了解和掌握江苏省食品安全水平,本文对2023年江苏省某市食品安全监督抽检结果进行了分析。结果显示,2023年江苏省某市食品安全监督抽检共计2 820批次,覆盖辖区内所有街道,包括生产、流通和餐饮环节中的多个业态,涉及食品30大类。不合格样品39批次,涉及蔬菜制品、炒货食品及坚果制品、餐饮具和食用农产品4大食品类别,主要问题集中在超限量使用食品添加剂、微生物污染、农药残留污染等方面,监管部门可进一步加强监管、精准抽检,充分发挥食品安全监督抽检的作用。Food safety is related to the development of industries and social stability.In order to understand and master the level of food safety in Jiangsu province,this article analyzes the results of food safety supervision and sampling in a certain city in Jiangsu province in 2023.The results showed that in 2023,a total of 2820 batches of food safety supervision and sampling were conducted in a certain city in Jiangsu province,covering all streets in the jurisdiction,including multiple formats in production,circulation,and catering,involving 30 major categories of food.39 batches of unqualified samples are involved in four major food categories:vegetable products,fried food and nut products,catering utensils,and edible agricultural products.The main problems are concentrated in the excessive use of food additives,microbial contamination,pesticide residue pollution,etc.The regulatory authorities can further strengthen supervision and precise sampling,fully play the role of food safety supervision and sampling.
