摘  要:为了实现电子分析天平的快速以及准确称量,依据电子天平的称量原理,提出了一种基于干扰观测器的复合控制方法。对已建模的电子分析天平采用数字前馈控制,并使用干扰观测器(DOB)对系统中未建模部分及参数摄动等干扰进行补偿,通过数字前馈和干扰观测器(DOB)的复合控制来获取快速准确的称量数据。使用Matlab进行仿真验证,其仿真结果表明,该方法提高了称量的稳定性与快速性,缩短了系统的稳定调节时间,且具有较强的适应模型能力及抗干扰能力,优于国家标准JJG 1036—2022《电子天平检定规程》规定的Ⅰ级天平示值误差指标,同时也为计量专业人员以及科研人员提供了比较准确的称量值。In order to realize the fast and accurate weighing of electronic analytical balance,a compound control method based on disturbance observer is proposed according to the weighing principle of electronic balance.The digital feedforward control is adopted for the modeled electronic analytical balance,and the disturbance observer(DOB)is used to compensate the unmodeled part of the system and parameter perturbation,and the fast and accurate weighing data is obtained through the composite control of the digital feedforward and the disturbance observer(DOB).Matlab is used for simulation verification,and the simulation results show that the method improves the stability and rapidity of weighing,shortens the stability adjustment time of the system,and has strong adaptability to the model and anti-interference ability,which is superior to the level I balance indication error index specified in the national standard JJG 1036—2022 Electronic Balance Calibration Specification,and also provides more accurate weighing values for measurement professionals and scientific researchers.
