摘 要:为探明超大直径盾构隧道施工期管片力学行为,依托武汉某超大直径隧道工程,建立超大直径盾构隧道施工期受力有限元模型,考虑千斤顶推力与浆液时效性的影响,对盾构隧道掘进过程中不同工况下管片变形受力机制进行模拟。研究结果表明,千斤顶推力与浆液时效性对管片变形的影响范围主要集中于L1与L2段,大致为3~13环,而对管片受力的影响主要集中于L0与L1段,大致为1~8环;随着千斤顶推力的增大或浆液凝固时间的减小,管片上浮变形、水平与竖向收敛、错台变形、接缝张开均呈减小的趋势;管片最大压应力随着千斤顶推力的增大或浆液凝固时间的增加而增大;千斤顶作用环处应力集中明显,且千斤顶推力越大,该现象越明显。In order to investigate the mechanical behavior of the segments during the construction period of a super large diameter shield tunnel,a finite element model of the stress during the construction period of the super large diameter shield tunnel was established based on a certain super large diameter tunnel project in Wuhan.The influence of jack thrust and slurry timeliness was considered,and the deformation and stress mechanism of the segments under different working conditions during the shield tunnel excavation process was simulated.The research results indicate that the influence of jack thrust and slurry aging on the deformation of the pipe segment is mainly concentrated in the L1 and L2 segments,approximately 3~13 rings,while the influence on the force on the pipe segment is mainly concentrated in the L0 and L1 segments,approximately 1~8 rings.As the thrust of the jack increases or the solidification time of the slurry decreases,the upward deformation of the pipe segment,horizontal and vertical convergence,misalignment deformation,and joint opening all show a decreasing trend.The maximum compressive stress of the pipe segment increases with the increase of the jack thrust or the solidification time of the slurry.The stress concentration at the action ring of the jack is obvious,and the greater the thrust of the jack,the more obvious this phenomenon becomes.
