危险预知训练在手术室新护士培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：探讨危险预知训练在手术室新护士培训中的应用效果。根据新护士入科时间,将2020年8月入手术室的23名新护士纳入对照组,使用常规培训方法进行带教;将2021年8月入手术室的24名新护士纳入观察组,常规培训之后,实施危险预知训练。培训6个月后比较两组新护士评判性思维能力、安全态度及护理不良事件发生率。结果显示,培训后,观察组护理得分及总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),工作1年内不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对手术室新护士开展危险预知训练,能提高其评判性思维能力,保障手术室护理安全。To explore the application effect of hazard prediction training in the training of new nurses in the operating room.According to the entry time of the new nurses,23 new nurses who entered the operating room in August 2020 were included in the control group and taught using conventional training methods;24 new nurses who entered the operating room in August 2021 will be included in the observation group.After routine training,danger prediction training will be implemented.After 6 months of training,compare the critical thinking ability,safety attitude,and incidence of nursing adverse events between two groups of new nurses.The results showed that after training,the nursing score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events within one year of work was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that conducting hazard prediction training for new operating room nurses can improve their critical thinking ability and ensure the safety of operating room nursing.
