摘　　要：现阶段,“四个自信”成为新时代教育教学的基本要求。在中国式现代化的火热实践中,西方经济学课程教学团队建设与改革势在必行。目前,西方经济学教学存在内容枯燥、形式僵化、教法单调的问题。该文在文献研究、案例研究和教学实践的基础上,重点分析西方经济学教学团队建设方向、内容及举措,为提升西方经济学教学效果提供可行思路。At present,"Four Self-confidence"has become the basic requirement of education and teaching in the new era.In the hot practice of Chinese modernization,it is imperative to construct and reform the teaching team of Western Economics.At present,the teaching of Western Economics has the problems of boring content,rigid form and monotonous teaching methods.On the basis of literature research,case study and teaching practice,this paper focuses on the analysis of the direction,content and measures of the teaching team construction of Western Economics,in order to provide feasible ideas for improving the teaching effect of Western Economics.
